Insurance Repairs
At Altered Image Coachworks we carry out work for all major insurance companies and are part of the Medway Fair Trader policy.
As the
owner of your vehicle, it is entirely your choice where your car
is repaired. Although the insurance companies will insist on you
using their repairer in an effort to keep a control of repair
costs, this does not guarantee a quality job!
We will
now pay 5% of the
invoice total * as cashback!
This could go towards paying: Excess, Additional Repairs, Or
just cash in your pocket!
Please ask for details in all circumstances.
Estimates
We
provide free estimates and these can even be carried out at a
place of your convenience e.g home or work location if it’s not
possible for you to make it to the premises during opening hours.
Courtesy Cars
Courtesy cars are available subject to status and availability.
We also
offer a collection and delivery service.
